The motofitness app contains gym workouts built specifically for motorbikes by Tmac and industry experts, video guides performed by Tmac, a built in results tracker and nutritional information to ensure you become fitter, faster and safer on track.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

The bare minimum:

Dumbbells
Bench
Resitance bands

For best results you will need access to:

Dumbbells
Barbell & plates
Bench
Resistance bands
Pull up bar
Kettle bells
Cardio Machine (Treadmill/bicycle/rower/air bike/ski erg/versa climber)

I’M NEW TO FITNESS, WILL THIS BE TOO HARD?

Not at all. Motofitness has been designed to be for everyone, there is scope within every nexercise to turn the intensity up or down so the program will work for you.

DO I NEED A GYM?

Not necessarily. If you look at the bare essential equipment list it’s possible to do these workouts from home. For the best results we think having access to a gym will help you progress faster. Having a dedicated time and place of the day set aside for your training allows you to focus on the task at hand.

CANCELLATIONS

There is no minimum contract term and you can be safe in the knowledge you can cancel any time.
