Each workout has been designed and filmed by TMAC. There is easy to follow videos for each and every exercise found within the MotoFitness app.
TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
You will be given a benchmark fitness test at the beginning of your plan so you can re-test yourself at any point to track your progress. Sets, reps and weight can also be logged within the app.

All the workouts within the app have been tried and tested by professional racers so you can be confident your training is on the right track.
MOTOFITNESS APP
The whole MotoFitness programme is delivered through our app hosted by Mondays. Meaning you can see all of the video tutorials, nutrition advice, workout plans and track your progress from your phone. The workouts will be updated regularly as you improve.
