Good read, now to learn to do a four part harmony!
It is a nice idea but very light and doesn’t go into a lot of detail. In working on my own riding and working with rider coaches I’ve found that a lot of the fast riders often haven’t really thought about exactly what they do and how they do it. You’ll find greater detail in Andy Ibbott’s book, Nick Ienatsch's, Keith Code’s, et al. I don’t regret the purchase as I do like to support racers and advocates of the sport any way I can but if you’re looking for more science behind it, there are other options.
Was a brilliant read! Really helpful.
